Assumption Samutprakarn School (previously Assumption College Samrong) is the thirteenth educational institution founded by the Brothers of St. Gabriel. The school was started on May 17, 1979. In our first academic year, the school consisted of 8 classrooms, 15 teachers and 371 students, and offered classes from primary one through primary six. On August 18, 1990, the Ministry of the Interior changed the district of administration, so on May 1, 2003, the name, Assumption College Samrong, was changed to, Assumption College Samutprakarn. In 2008, the name was again changed to Assumption Samutprakarn School.
